Join over 600 organisations who are already members of National Energy Action and make a bigger impact for those who struggle in cold and unhealthy homes.

Big challenges require impactful partners. Our vision is to end fuel poverty, but we know we can’t do this alone.

Come together to end fuel poverty

National Energy Action (NEA) is a membership organisation bringing together local authorities, housing associations, health agencies, charities, community groups and installers working through energy provider schemes. We offer Standard membership (supporting and enhanced) and Business Supporters Group membership.

All members benefit from access to a wide network that creates opportunities for partnership, idea‑sharing and joint problem‑solving. Members receive invitations to all NEA events, including regional Fuel Poverty Forums, and we prioritise members when developing new partnership activities.

Members also gain exclusive access to our analysis and expertise, including briefings and events covering government programmes, public health initiatives and energy market reform. Every member receives our quarterly magazine, Fuel Poverty Focus, and a monthly e‑newsletter to stay informed from national policy developments to local initiatives.

Finally, our members play an active role in shaping our policy and advocacy work. While NEA is an independent charity, we rely on members’ insights and experiences to help drive the best possible outcomes for people experiencing fuel poverty.
