Our Training

At National Energy Action (NEA), we are a nationally recognised and accredited training provider, delivering a wide range of City & Guilds, NCFE, and CPD-approved courses. Our programmes are designed for frontline professionals and volunteers across both commercial and not-for-profit sectors, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to make a real difference.

Fuel poverty is a complex challenge that requires collaboration. That’s why we work in partnership with organisations across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland to upskill teams and ensure frontline staff have the expertise to support clients effectively. Together, we can create lasting change and help eradicate fuel poverty.

With decades of experience, National Energy Action has supported organisations across a wide range of sectors — including but not limited to energy, health, housing, construction, and water industries. We offer a comprehensive suite of training options, from accredited qualifications and introductory courses to tailored programmes aligned with your organisational goals and projects.
