National Energy Action’s Sign Video servive
National Energy Action’s Advice and Support Service offers a free support service using SignVideo, providing advice to householders in England and Wales on their energy bills and keeping warm and healthy in their home.
It offers advice workshops direct to householders and training to frontline staff.
What is on offer?
SignVideo face-to-face energy and benefits advice for users of BSL as well as online chat via Facebook. Telephone advice is also available for family members, friends, carers and caseworkers
