This course will provide learners with an understanding of how the in-home display (IHD) can help the consumer to take advantage of the information it provides and help towards changing their energy related behaviour.
Content has be informed by research conducted into the role of smart meters and the benefits they provide to the consumer.
This course is for frontline staff providing energy efficiency advice and helping consumers get a better understanding of the in-home display and how it can help make them more aware of their energy use and costs.
