E-LEARNING BOOKING FORM (qual) – Using Energy in the Home Level 1


  • TO BOOK A PLACE ON THE ‘USING ENERGY IN THE HOME LEVEL 1’ E-LEARNING AND ASSESSMENT, PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING FIELDS.

    PLEASE NOTE: Once you complete the booking form and select submit you should see a confirmation note on screen. If not and instead you return back to the top of the booking form, your booking is not complete. Please check that all relevant fields are complete (all fields marked with a * are mandatory) and your e-mail address is correct then submit again.

    The details provided in this section will be used to issue an invoice. Please provide the relevant finance / accounts payable contact details and if needed, a purchase order number to ensure prompt payment. If you are applying for a funded place, you do not need to complete this section.

  • 6) TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. Once in receipt of this completed booking form, NEA shall aim to provide the learner with login details to access the course and assessment by the start date requested (within 5 working days from receipt).
    2. The learner must not disclose their login details to others.
    3. The learner will have access to the course and assessment for 10 weeks in which to complete.
    4. The e-learning, assessment and any support materials are copyright protected and must not be printed or copied.
    5. Assessments are open book format and will be issued along with the e-learning login details.
    6. Our fees shall be invoiced to you based on the above quotation and shall be payable by yourselves within two weeks of receipt of the invoice.
    7. Once e-learning login details and assessments have been issued the course cannot be cancelled and the full course fee will be payable.
    8. Both parties should treat the terms and conditions of this agreement (including the fees) as confidential.


  • 7) DATA PROTECTION

  • National Energy Action collects personal information when you book on to a training event; this is used to provide the services requested; report to funders (if necessary); and to evaluate our services. We will not share your details with any other third parties without your consent. By submitting your booking form, you are agreeing to these terms.
